Nicholas Siler
DIRECTOR OF CLUB MANAGEMENT – Nicholas is a football fanatic, passionate about effective football development and management. Frustrated at the inefficiencies of soccer in the U.S. he aims at adapting past professional experience in crisis management and disaster response with the ever-dynamic football landscape of this country, in particular Baltimore & Maryland in general.
Having played semi-professionally in the past in Germany, Ireland and Puerto Rico, as well as coaching in Seattle, all while being a lifelong fan of his hometown team in Berlin Germany, Nick is excited to work with brilliant colleagues to galvanise the Baltimore soccer community behind one badge, with a focus on sustainability and community connectivity.
Charles Slater
DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL – Charles Slater is a football professional, passionate about player development, and advancement of the game.
Originally Charles heralds from the north east of England, but now resides in Maryland, just north of Washington, D.C.
Charles has worked as a director of player development within professional development academies in the US, structured a performance program for US academies, consulted international football federations in the Caribbean, and has also worked within international player recruitment.
Charles holds a USSF B License (USSF A license candidate), US National Youth License, US Soccer Director of Coaching License & FCE Expert License.
